Ok, so it wasn’t a vintage game, but there was still plenty of interesting moments, especially when viewed from the pitch side camera they use.
Look at Raheem Sterling – just before the crucial pass for the penalty, he lays the ball off backwards after finding no movement ahead of him, and threw his hands up in frustration at his teammates.
Moments later, Ben Chilwell was brought down for the penalty after making a great run.
What timing, Raheem!
