Thomas Tuchel’s latest comments about Chelsea’s preseason are pretty negative, pointing out several failings from the club in terms of transfers and the exhausting US tour.
This wasn’t the first time he spoke like this – he was similarly downbeat after the heavy loss to Arsenal. We all know what he’s doing – putting the blame for the bad results potentially to come on those above him at the club.
On ESPN they debated whether he was justified in his comments, or whether he had a right to be disappointed by the organisation from upstairs.
