Chelsea’s Development squad were only saved from relegation from PL2 last season with a last minute goal in the last game of the season. They’re determined to not let themselves get into a similar situation this time around, and they’ve certainly made a strong start.
Their first game of the season was a 7-1 demolition of Wolves, with all their new signings from January and the summer looking to have added the quality we were looking for to return to being a really competitive PL2 side.
