Chelsea’s pursuit to sign one more big name centre back this summer could well have a dominoes effect.
Fabrizio Romano reminds us all in one of his latest tweets over night that Leicester City defender Wesley Fofana is a priority signing for Chelsea in these last couple weeks of the transfer window, as we very much all know by now.
Sources: Chelsea ready to offer players to Everton for Anthony Gordon!
But this could effect the future of Trevoh Chalobah, who of course plays in the same position. Romano says that if Fofana comes in, then it is likely that Chalobah will be loaned out. Inter Milan have even gone as far as holding discussions to sign the defender, being one of the clubs interested.

I’m sure there will be more clubs interested than just Inter, and you know he will have Premier League interest, being a very good solid option for many clubs.
It’ll be a shame to see him go, but after Thomas Tuchel wanted to keep Cesar Azpilicueta, it was was quite clear this would happen if they signed another defender as well.
Tuchel me está fastidiando, ha botado a jugadores que tienen buena proyección como Tammy ahora Chalovah que no ha perdido partidos que ha disputado y el nivel de compromiso que un canterano da no es discutible.
