Fulham have made an attempt to sign a Chelsea player this week, according to reports.
Chelsea’s next door neighbours in London are trying to prize away one of the club’s defenders this transfer window, a player that most Blues fans will be willing to be sold or loaned.

According to The Athletic, Fulham have an offer on Chelsea’s table to sign centre back Malang Sarr.
They claim that Fulham are believed to have offered both a loan and permanent offer for Sarr, who has always been expected to be available if an offer came in this window. You’d imagine that Chelsea will probably swing towards a loan deal, but a permanent deal also would not be unimaginable at this stage.
Fulham have made offers for four central defenders as they attempt to bolster their backline.

The Blues are trying to sign defenders themselves, but Sarr is always one player that you’d expect them to allow to go due to only being a backup choice all last season.
