Chelsea are planning right now for the present and for the future at the same time.
Thomas Tuchel and the new owners have been linked to a host of top young talents, and they have even signed two of them already in the shape of Carney Chukwuemeka and Garbiel Slonina.
But they have been further linked with top young players as well, with Everton’s Anthony Gordon being the latest one splashed across the back pages.
According to Si & Dan Talk Chelsea, The Blues are also interested in signing Manchester United midfielder, James Garner, after scouting him heavily last season.

Garner could well be sold by United this summer as they look for more funds to make signings themselves during the closing stages of the window. There is nothing to suggest that a move from Chelsea is imminent to try and sign him, or that is is anything more than just scouting interest, for now at least.
ManU is making a big mistake to sell Garner, this decision will haunt ManU for a long time to come.
