Chelsea continue to work very hard on outgoing deals right now, and there are a list of players who they are going through one by one sorting out their futures.
Talks are happening all over the place and as always, the new owners and Thomas Tuchel are very busy sorting out moves and speaking to players regarding what is next.

Malang Sarr has already been spoken to, and the decision was that he can go out on loan. In fact, the defender’s move away is already at a very advanced stage and a verbal agreement has been reached between Chelsea and Monaco for Sarr to join the French club on loan this season.
And according to David Ornstein of The Athletic, Sarr will have an obligation to join Monaco on loan for 15m euros at the end of the season.
