Chelsea are negotiating with his club Manchester City to sign the winger this summer, and he looks set to be the first arrival in the men’s team at Chelsea under the new owners.

Todd Boehly and co are looking to back Thomas Tuchel this summer, getting him the targets that he wants, and Sterling is said to be high up on the priority list for the German coach.

It looks like a matter of formalities now for Sterling to join Chelsea, and he will surely be joined by a number of other new arrivals as Tuchel looks to improve his squad.
