With Jules Kounde’s injury requiring recent surgery and Barcelona’s economic levers now approved, Kounde-Barca links have hotted up, leaving many Chelsea fans worried on the situation.
However, todays Spanish outlet, Diaro AS cited by Sport Witness should bring some calmness to the Blues.
They claim Chelsea have ‘arrived much earlier’ to push for a move and Kounde is keen on the move.
AS then go on to give some more positive news and say the Frenchman has ‘already reached an agreement’ with the Premier League side and is ‘convinced’ on a move to the Premier League.
As we all know, Chelsea have been pushing for Kounde since last summer and was close to striking a deal with Sevilla, until they ‘moved the goalposts’ at the last minute.
Fast forward to now and the situation is still the same, Chelsea need to agree a fee with the Spanish side to wrap this deal up.
