Chelsea want two players from Man City according to well sourced exclusive

Chelsea have opened talks with Manchester City over a doule deal for both Raheem Sterling and Nathan Ake, according to an exclusive last night from Matt Law in the Telegraph.

He has top notch sources, and if he’s writing this, we would be sure there’s something to it. The Sterling links have been repeated by enough of the big names in the transfer game that we’re sure there’s something to them – and adding Ake to the package isn’t a big deal.

Law writes that Thomas Tuchel was interested in Ake when he was Borussia Dortmund manager, and thinks he can replace Antonio Rudiger on the left side of his back three.

Sterling is clearly a Tuchel-backed target too, with several of the stories so far focusing on the Chelsea coach’s appreciation of the winger.

A double Premier League deal backs up earlier claims from TalkChelsea that the Blues want Premier League experience as well as foreign superstar.
