Chelsea linked with 6’5 Bundesliga striker

With the departure of Romelu Lukaku to Inter on the cards and the future of Timo Werner remains uncertain, Chelsea have been linked to another forward in Stuttgart’s Sasa Kalajdzic.

This is according to Transfermarkt’s, Manuel Veth, who claims Chelsea are interested in the 24-year-old striker.

Kalajdzic was linked last summer to Chelsea, but nothing advanced ever came from it.

Veth also claims the west London club will face competition elsewhere from a host of clubs including Tottenham, Manchester United, Leicester and German giants Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.

It is certain Tuchel has an eye on this player, having seeing him being linked with Chelsea for the second summer in a row.

The Austrian would add something different to what Chelsea have upfront already. Being 6 foot 5 tall, he would certainly add height to Chelsea’s attacking game and with Reece James being a wonderful crosser, he could certainly be a useful option to have in the squad.
