According to reports, Chelsea have been offered the chance to sign a very popular centre-midfielder this summer transfer window.
Chelsea are already moving crazy this window and it is becoming very hard to keep up with, but now, according to The Daily Mail, another new option has been thrown on the table for them.

Simon Jones reports that Chelsea have been offered the chance to sign midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic from Lazio.
There isn’t much more information than that given, but it sounds like the player’s agent is offering his client around trying to get him a new big money move.
I actually can’t see Chelsea taking this offer up personally, due to the fact that the centre-midfield position is an area where Thomas Tuchel is pretty stacked in. Unless of course there is a mass exodus, or an N’Golo Kante as well as a Jorginho leaves the club, then it could happen.

Kante normally suffer a set back in some ways, the moment chelsea is facing a rival team, there comes the absence of the engineer at the midfield Kante, chelsea need this player. Boely, you need to sign this player for the better results for chelsea.

I heard rumours about Koulibaly. He is what we need at the back to scare defenders. His presence at the back will just be like Virgil and Ruben Dias. Their physicallity is what defines their strength of defence and that is what we need at the back. We should also go all in for Sterling as he is the experience we need upfront. Milan Skriniar/ Afram Hackimi is another defender that we should go all out for. And one very prolific striker. I would have loved Knunku upfront but sad he extended his contract. We need quality signings in areas we need strengthening. I hope we just dont make signings based in names and brands. Had enough of that bullshit already. Should learn from Arteta and his transfer window this year. Bloody good. It will be a shame if we can’t do better than him.
I don’t think we need him now except if Jorginho is sold. We still have Gilmore and Ampadu waiting. One of the two players should be graduated and we shall safe enough money to strengthen other areas.
