Chelsea are one of the few clubs in European football with a female executive at the very top of the club, and Marina Granovskaia is a huge figure at the club, having been instrumental over the last decade.
Perhaps it’s no surprise then that the women’s team are so successful in their own right then, with yesterday seeing them win an FA Cup title that made this season a double for them.
Marina was there in the aftermath celebrating in the Wembley dressing room with her victorious players and manager Emma Hayes.
