Trevoh Chalobah trusted with crucial start against Leeds

Tonight Chelsea play a relegation candidate, but they shouldn’t be expecting an easy ride.

Leeds have everything to play for, and Elland Road is going to be absolutely frothing as the Whites look to try and grab themselves 3 points against us in the same way that Everton did.

Chelsea know that a loss – plus a win for Arsenal and Spurs, would put them in serious trouble in the top 4 race.

So it’s a meaningful game all round, and it’s a bit vote of confidence from Thomas Tuchel in choosing to use Trevoh Chalobah.

After a brilliant breakout first half of the season, the youngster lost his place and has barely featured at all in the last few weeks. Tuchel has spoken about him very positively in press conferences, but hasn’t followed up by putting him on the pitch – until now.

It will be a fiery return – let’s hope Trev is up for it.
