Chelsea winger reportedly switches international allegiances

A summer of big decisions are ahead for Chelsea and many of our players over the next few months as the new owners arrive.

But one big decision for a current player has reportedly already been made, and it is a decision about which country he will represent going forward.

Chelsea make enquiry to sign Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni.

According to Football London, Callum Hudson-Odoi has switched allegiances from England to Ghana, along with his former England U21 team mate Eddie Nketiah.

They claim that Nketiah is set to declare his international allegiance to Ghana after being granted a Ghanaian passport. He has been persuaded to change country along with Hudson-Odoi.

There has yet to be any official of further confirmation on this yet from Hudson-Odoi’s people or Chelsea, or any other reports to be honest. So we will need to wait and see if this does transpire, but it is something that has been rumoured for some time now.
