Chelsea’s loss to Man City on Saturday knocked them out of title contention, according to Gab Marcotti and Julien Laurens on ESPN.
It’s hard to disagree. There’s still half the season to play – but City have barely put a foot wrong since about October.
Even if you ignore the mathematics of the situation, it’s hard to argue with the difference in quality between the two teams, as we saw when they played on Saturday.
Man City may well drop a few more points, but it won’t be enough for Chelsea.
