Emerson Palmieri could be set to be recalled by Chelsea as the club work on that one, but a youth insider has reported another signing arriving at the club this week.

The Secret Scout has proven inside links and has reported that Chelsea have signed 16-year-old Travis Akomeah from Watford, who has already represented England at youth level.
The centre back was also chased by Arsenal, Liverpool, Norwich, and Brighton, but Chelsea beat the competition to get the youngster to Stamford Bridge, who will obviously join The Blues academy.
