Will he stay at Chelsea or will he leave? That has been the question on all of our lips recently on Antonio Rudiger’s future.
His contract runs out in the summer and he will become a free agent as things stand. However, Chelsea are still trying to get him to sign a new deal and today has bought some positive signs.

You would have read all sorts over the last few months regarding Rudiger’s future, and he himself has today slammed media rumours as being written to make headlines, suggesting that a lot of the stuff reported recently has not been true.
Antonio Rudiger:
"In the case of transfer rumours, it is well known that the media always like to add a little more salt and pepper to make the headline a bit more explosive and bigger."

I’m hoping he doesn’t mean this report from Christian Falk of BILD though, who suggests that the talks are now getting more positive between Chelsea and Rudiger over signing a new deal, and that he wants to stay at the club.
