At times in Saturday’s game against West Ham it felt like Chelsea weren’t creating enough.
The Chelsea Unseen feature on Chelsea TV reveals that there were actually plenty of half chances for the Blues in the second half, once West Ham had levelled the score. We didn’t get many clear shots away, but several players were close to giving us the lead for the third time in the game.
Of course we all know what happened next – West Ham made a rare break upfield, Arthur Masuaku’s cross got a deflection that carried into the net, and Chelsea walked away without even one point to show for their efforts.
