The press in Catalonia are really heavy on the Christian Pulisic to Barcelona story, and local paper El Nacional has added some interesting details today.
They claim that Thomas Tuchel has given the green light for the move, and now it just remains for Barcelona to make Chelsea an offer they will consider.
With Ansu Fati and Ousmane Dembele already at the club, it would seem mad to sign up another injury prone player – but also typically Barca, given their recent transfer record.
On the one hand, Tuchel has barely had a chance to use the American, and it’s hard to imagine he’s made up his mind already.
On the other hand, he will know him well from their shared time at Dortmund, and the fact that he’s not been able to use the American much tells you everything you need to know about how his career at Chelsea has gone thus far.
