They’ve noticed that Federico Chiesa, linked last night with a move to Chelsea, has suddenly started following a lost of Blues stars on Instagram.
It’s not a huge amount on its own, but combines with the whispers about his transfer coming so recently, there’s certainly a chance he’s sending a message.
