Conor Gallagher’s career has taken off like a rocket in recent seasons.
He’s gone from Chelsea youth player to Championship star to Premier League regular, and to top it all off he was given his England debut against San Marino on Monday night.
The midfielder came on at half time, and after the game he got his symbolic “cap” handed over by Gareth Southgate, as captured in this wonderful photo, which we’re sure Conor will treasure for a long time.
It’s a superb achievement, but we know there’s so much more to come from him.
