Antonio Rudiger played well for Chelsea against Manchester United yesterday evening, shutting down several Red Devils counter attacks on his own, and crashing a shot off the bar in the first half.
He had the final chance of the game, a volley that he skied into the Matthew Harding Upper. After the game he posted on social media about his frustrations with the result, and admitted that he “should have scored” that late chance.
He didn’t apologise -he didn’t need to – but we all know how big that moment could be.
