Chelsea lack a real number 9-type striker when Romelu Lukaku is missing, or at least a striker who plays in his way.
But with the amount of attackers Chelsea have, there are always solutions and they have a great strength in depth in that area.

Darwin Nunez from Benfica is certainly more a number 9 style striker, and according to Portuguese outlet Record, as reported by Sport Witness, Chelsea could be one of the clubs readying an offer to try and sign him.
They claim his agent held meetings with an English club this week and name Chelsea, Newcastle, and Manchester City as the likeliest clubs looking to move for him.
