We’re barely into the new season, but transfer rumour writers gotta eat, so the rumour mill is turning once again.
One player who has impressed in the young season so far, building on his good work at the tail end of the last campaign, is Federico Chiesa of Juventus.
He’s looking better and better, and the inevitable links to the Premier League have begun. His winner against Chelsea last month really sealed him in people’s minds.
Despite rumours about Liverpool, Chelsea and German clubs interest, Juventus have no intention of considering offers/approaches for Federico Chiesa. He’s “key part” of the project and untouchable. 🚫🇮🇹 #Juventus

If you’re getting excited about Chelsea signing him, you should hold your horses however.
Fabrizio Romano today writes that Juve have “no intention” of selling the winger, and what is more, he is considered a “key part” of the project.
It was always going to be an ambitious move, with Juve desperate to hold on to their other stars now Ronaldo has gone. As it stands, this looks pretty impossible – at least for now.
