Thomas Tuchel gives verdict on whether he wants his Chelsea players to be vaccinated against Covid-19

This subject is always one that is going to cause debate and controversy, but it’s also one that cannot be avoided whatever business you are in right now.

Covid-19 vaccinations have become the centre of attention in the footballing world with claims that not as many Premier League players are double jabbed against Covid-19 as the authorities would want there to be.

So of course the Premier League club managers will get asked in press conferences their views on it, and that is what happened to Thomas Tuchel today, who to be honest has probably got quite lucky to avoid these questions so far.

Tuchel was clever and wise in his response, and rightly believes that it is a decision for the individual players to make, not him. And I completely agree.

The German has confirmed that he is double vaccinated though, but doesn’t feel it is a decision that he or the club should enforce on his players.
