So this next story may not come as a surprise at all to any of you, considering the above.
But according to Foot Mercato, PSG approached Chelsea in an attempt to sign the France international this summer, and they even started preliminary talks with his representatives.
However, the French club were told no by Chelsea as they categorically closed the door on the approach.
