Chelsea have a number of players out on loan at other clubs this season, as has become the norm for this club over the years.
Some of them are out gaining vital Premier League experience that they hope will see them return to Chelsea next summer with a chance at making it in the first team.
One of those players who probably has a bigger chance than most others at doing this, is Conor Gallagher currently on loan at Crystal Palace.

He has had a superb start to the season under Patrick Vieira, and he has a massive future ahead of him.
His Palace team mate Wilfried Zaha has been full of praise of Gallagher and believes he will become a ‘top player’ in his latest words as reported by The Metro today.
Zaha is impressed with the energy that Gallagher brings as well as his quality.
He said:
“He’s a very good player to be honest, the thing he brings is that energy that we need, I’m sure everyone has seen it.
“Having Macca [James McArthur] next to him as well, he runs around as well. Obviously its been a couple of games but everyone can see Conor’s potential because he’s young, so he’s only going to get better.
“Having him in the team has improved the team massively because the energy makes a huge difference, he will be a top player, not everyone can go from box-to-box the whole game, so yeah, it makes a huge difference.”
