“I need stability” – Tiemoue Bakayoko speaks out about being in the Chelsea loan system

Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko has completed yet another loan move out of the club this summer, going back to AC Milan.

Most believed he would have been going on a permanent move this time around after a number of loan moves since he arrived at Stamford Bridge.

But instead, he has a two-year loan move to Milan that is likely to go permanent and he will eventually have a club he can call home.

If you put yourself in the players shoes, it must be really tough not really having a ‘home’ club and to be moving around every season trying to find a new club, I do feel for these guys.

Bakayoko now says that he needs ‘stability’ and hopes to never return to Chelsea again, and I totally understand his frustrations and thoughts there.

He never proved good enough to be in Chelsea’s squad, but even still, he deserves a place to call home and let’s hope that becomes Milan.

As reported by WAGNH, Bakayoko said:

“I hope to stay here even after these two years on loan, everyone knows how attached I am to this club that I consider my home. At this point in my career I need stability after all these loans, so I hope to stay at Milan for a long time. I will do everything possible to make that happen.”
