Things have really started to move fast in Chelsea’s striker situation, a main area that they wanted to address this summer.
Chelsea are now very close to announcing the new signing of Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan, with just the paperwork and a medical to tie up.
With that, you would expect Chelsea to sanction a move away for Tammy Abraham, who has plenty of interest from clubs including Roma, Atalanta, and Arsenal.
Roma, Atalanta and Arsenal are currently in the race to sign Tammy Abraham.
Lukaku paperwork is still being finalised although there's a deal in principle at €115m. #CFC

That would be a case of one in and one out at Chelsea, but then there is the fact that Olivier Giroud has already left, so will Chelsea need another backup striker for the squad?
Armando Broja was largely talked about as being one of those options, but he looks close to joining Southampton on loan.

The other option left in the squad as it stands is Michy Batshuayi, so could he be looked at now by Thomas Tuchel as the backup striker for the squad this season? We will soon find out.
I think it will be in place to keep mitchy because time is what he only need.
