One of the surprise hits of the loan arms last season, Ike Ugbo is now close to a permanent move away from Chelsea.

They cite sportlens in saying that the forward has already agreed personal terms, and it’s just a matter of the Blues hammering out the final terms of the transfer – likely to include a sell on clause and significant future interests for Chelsea.
