In perhaps one of the more surprising news reports you will read today, Chelsea striker Timo Werner is reportedly open to leaving the club this summer.
Chelsea are looking to sign a new big-name striker, that knowledge is clear for everyone to see, even Werner himself, and it is for that reason that he is allegedly now open to leaving the club.
The report is written by Graeme Bailey of 90min, and it states their sources claim that Werner is not unhappy at Chelsea, but he also knows the club are looking at a new striker so if he has to move on, he is prepared to do so.
Personally in my opinion, I’m not so sure that I buy this one at all, Werner is more of a second striker, or a wide striker if you like, he plays better behind or next to a more traditional centre forward, which is what the club are trying to bring in.
So if anything, signing a centre forward would actually help Werner.

please my advise to the club allow timo for next season, I see potential in him.buying lukaku or wasting resources is not a good one at all.so I see great potential coming from Timo, all he needs is time.
