Much of the transfer talk surrounding Chelsea right now is all about the striker situation.
However, there are other areas in the squad that Thomas Tuchel and Chelsea might need to look for reinforcements in.
The situation at centre back is one that could soon need addressing, with a number of defenders on the last year of their contracts and as it stands, are no closer to confirming extensions.
As well as this, there are doubts casting over the immediate future of Kurt Zouma.
So with all that in mind, Chelsea could well be in the market for another centre back this summer, and L’Equipe, as cited by Get French Football News, have linked them with a new name of interest.
They claim that Chelsea are keen on signing PSG defender, Presnel Kimpembe, and are monitoring that situation in case he asks to leave the club this summer after the arrival of Sergio Ramos.
