The Chelsea striker conundrum continues, and we are no clearer to knowing who their main strikers will be next season.
We can start with the obvious though, as what is clear is that Kai Havertz and Timo Werner will be staying for sure.
The question is, will a new big-name striker be joining them, or will it continue to be Tammy Abraham this season?
The latter has been linked with a move away, with many sides interested.
However, according to insider Kristian Sturt, Chelsea have ‘rebuked’ several enquiries from Premier League clubs to sign Abraham this window, and they will only sell him if they get a replacement first.
Chelsea are also not interested in loaning him out, only a permanent move away will make a deal happen.
Tiny bit of info I received:
Seems that Chelsea have rebuked 'several' enquires for Tammy Abraham from EPL clubs. The message is that they have no intention of selling unless he's replaced first.
The club value him at around £40m, and don't want to loan. #CFC

Personally I believe that Chelsea will let Abraham go once something has moved along to sign a new striker themselves, but the question is whether there is anything far enough along yet for them to do this? It doesn’t look like it currently.
