It appears that Chelsea are set to lose out on signing Inter Milan wing back Achraf Hakimi, with the 22-year old reportedly close to joining PSG.
You cannot rule out a late Chelsea offer of course, anything can happen in these deals and things change all the time.

But it appears that PSG have the edge now to get the deal done, and transfer insider Pete O’Rourke has revealed the reason why Chelsea are set to lose out, via The Football Terrace Show today.
O’Rourke claims the only reason is because PSG are offering a cash only offer, where as Chelsea are offering cash plus a player, and Inter need the cash more than new players.
