(Video): “We had to be humble” – Smug Reece James explains how Chelsea players dealt with Man City losers on international duty

Reece James’ rise to prominence means he’s now set to be a starter for England just weeks after winning the Champions League with Chelsea.

He and the other Chelsea lads have had to mix with the defeated opposition – and now teammates – from Man City. Asked in today’s press conference how they dealt with it, he answered honestly “we had to be humble,” – but even lovely Reece couldn’t resist a sneaky grin.

They all seem to be getting on great though, and combining forces for England can only be a good thing for the national team, given the incredible quality on both sides of the divide.

  1. I mean congrats on the win but if he was talking about MU players then I could understand but MC did win the prem for the 3rd time in 4 years which is 38 games last time I checked… MC players can hold their heads high but unfortunately Pep made it easy for you….
