Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell are trying to train with the rest of the England squad – while maintaining social distancing rules – in an attempt to make sure they’re available for Tuesday night’s clash with Germany.
The Chelsea pair weren’t able to play in the last game, and may struggle for this next one too unless they’re allowed to do some training with the rest of the squad – presumably on the adjacent pitch or in a similar close-but-not-too-close setup to satisfy the Covid rules put in place by Public Health England and UEFA.
