Last night he made his tournament debut for Scotland and ran the show at Wembley against England.
He was understandable beaming after the game, and speaking to the media he was totally chuffed about his performance, as the assembled press hailed him.
This won’t be the last interview he does after a big performance for his country – how long until he’s doing it with the captain’s armband on?
