Andreas Christensen is a softly spoken guy, and he seems a sensitive soul.
So for him to be on the pitch when Christian Eriksen had his awful heart attack is especially tragic.
You could see the passion on Christensen’s face when he celebrated his superb goal against Russia to send the Danes through, and his emotions are clear when he’s speaking about the horrifying incident he had to witness.
If we weren’t Christensen fans before, we certainly are now, and we’d love to see him and his colleagues go deep in this competition.
