The Blues are set to reward Kante with a brand new extended and improved contract soon, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
There is no rush to get the new deal signed due to the clubs good relationship with the midfielder.
Romano says there were some ‘complicated’ weeks last summer after Chelsea received two offers for Kante, but the France international always wanted to stay at Stamford Bridge, and that will absolutely be music to the ears of every single Chelsea fan across the globe.
