Chelsea are involved in a few potential big transfer stories of the summer already, and one of them took a major development yesterday late afternoon.
It is quite unusual for a players agent to come out and be so open and honest on their client when things in the transfer deal have yet to really develop. However, maybe this suggests that this one is developing a lot more than what is being reported, behind the scenes.

I am talking of course about Chelsea’s interest in signing Inter Milan wing-back, Achraf Hakimi.
PSG are also keen on him.
His agent came out yesterday and admitted that Hakimi will be leaving Inter this summer, and transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed Chelsea’s talks with his agent.

This is quite a big developing story here and right now, it only looks to be between PSG and Chelsea fighting to sign him this summer.
