Achraf Hakimi feels let down by PSG as he draws closer to Chelsea move

Achraf Hakimi is Chelsea’s top priority this summer, at least judging by the weight of rumours swirling around Football Twitter at the moment.

Jamie Wilkinson – friend of Chelsea News and writer for CaughtOffside has an exclusive which adds even further momentum to the idea that he could be on the way to the Blues.

His piece explains that Hakimi is disappointed by PSG’s attempts to sign him, even though a move to Paris would be his preferred option.

Chelsea meanwhile are impressing with their determination to get the deal done, and so fans who are keen on signing the former Real Madrid youth product can start to get excited.

Caughtoffside even go as far as to say we’re “frontrunners” to sign Hakimi now, and it sounds like things could be wrapped up quickly and quietly in the near future, if PSG are out of the race.

That’s often the way with Chelsea transfers, and given Hakimi isn’t playing at the Euros, it could all be over before it’s even begun.

  1. Hakimi scored 8 goals and 13 assists last season from right wingback….that more goals AND more assists than any Chelsea player, potentially show Haaland into that mix….Jesus!!
