(Video): Leicester lead after handball ignored in build up to wonder-strike

Chelsea had the better of the first half at Wembley, but Leicester came out stronger in the second period and now they’re got the goal they’ve deserved.

Youri Tielemans has been excellent all day, and it was his super ranged strike that flew past Kepa in Chelsea’s net.

There’s no denying the quality of the effort, but there was some controversy. The ball fall to the Foxes after Ayoze Perez blocked a pass with what appeared to be his arm.

The VAR clearly decided it wasn’t a vital factor in the goal… we’re not so sure.

  1. Total inconsistency… when a ball hits Tiago Silva on the leg and bounces onto his hand and its classed hand ball… But before Leicester’s goal their player Ayoze Perez did exactly the same and it’s play on..
