Thomas Tuchel has just been speaking to the media ahead of tomorrow’s FA Cup final, and on the N’Golo Kante front there was mixed news.
The midfielder was left out for the defeat against Arsenal, and we assumed it was just because he was being rested. But rumours circulated that he had an Achilles problem, and Tuchel confirmed as much today.
The good news is that it’s just “pain management” according to the boss, who also assured the assembled journalists that Kante “will start” in the FA Cup final tomorrow.
