There is another name to add to your large list of centre backs being linked with a move to Chelsea this summer.
This name though will probably be quite a popular one for fans being a very high profile player.

According to Tuttosport, Juventus have rejected an enquiry from Chelsea for their centre back, Matthijs de Ligt.
The describe Chelsea’s interest in the 21-year old as ‘discreet’, but Juventus are not entertaining any talks regardless.
Barcelona and Manchester United have also been turned away after they made enquiries.
It seems to be very apparent that Chelsea are in the market for a new centre back this summer, with de Ligt now being added to a host of other names over the last few months, so it seems that the Chelsea board and Thomas Tuchel are in sync with this one being an area they wish to improve in the coming transfer window.
