It is time to look up now after a hugely disappointing week for the club, getting beaten by Arsenal in the league putting real doubts in their top four hopes, then losing in the FA Cup final for the second season in a row bottling another chance for silverware.

The players mentalities rightly came under doubts again after the defeat at the weekend, and it is a genuine concern. To me, it didn’t look like the players had any real intensity to win the match until the last ten minutes, and of course, it was too little too late then.
However, Tuchel is looking forward to this week and it is still in their hands with a Champions League cup final and top four to play for.
He has belief in his players, as revealed on the Chelsea website.
He said:
“This is a strong group. There is no reason to doubt these players, who have done so well to get into the top four from 10th place, to reach the FA Cup final and to be in the final of the Champions League.
“We are strong enough to handles these situations and these are the challenges that we face. It’s not easy, but it is fun, and there are a lot of teams chasing us and our situation.”
