Tammy Abraham linked with European giants as he appears to reach the end at Chelsea

Chelsea look to be set for a major churn of strikers this summer.

We need to bring someone in who can actually score goals to compensate for Timo Werner’s misfires, while Olivier Giroud also looks set to depart.

Tammy Abraham, meanwhile, has been totally frozen out by Thomas Tuchel, and may also head off to pastures new.

SportWitness quote the Gazzetta dello Sport in Italy, who claim that Roma are interested in the academy product. He’s probably out of their price range as it stands, but a loan and buy option seems perfectly feasible.

You can see the original article in question here:

We’ll be gutted to see Tammy go, but if does go we’d love to see him at a big team like Roma. We know teams like Aston Villa want him and will pay big money – but how much more fun would it be to have Tammy doing his thing in Serie A with Fikayo?

Forza Abraham!

  1. Too bad. Chelsea had him for free. They spent how much for those Germans who could never hit the goal? Some people can’t admit it when they waste their money. Why didn’t they hold onto Fiko Tamori?
They wasted how much on Kepa? I know a dozen goalkeepers in MLS who are better and wouldn’t cost a dime. But they did buy Pulisic. That was smart. And Chilwell. And Ziyech.

  2. Big mistake if he is sold except we want to buy him again 5years time at an exorbitant fee. Send him on loan, buy Lewandowski, after 2 years bring back a better Tammy Abraham. A striker is not all about speed.
