Frustrated Leicester resort to violence as they choke away Champions League spot

Leicester may have won the FA Cup but they’re about to lose tonight’s game to Chelsea, and with that their Champions League hopes are in serious doubt.

Liverpool can now pip them at the post if results go the right way on the last day.

The frustration was evident in the final stages, as Ricardo Pereira tried to get revenge on Ben Chilwell with a nasty high tackle.

It lead to a beefy brawl on the pitch, with probably 30 players and staff piling in.

The best was that it was Daniel Amartey (of pennant throwing shame) who got involved – and got booked.

If he was good enough to get on the pitch, he might have been in even more trouble from Chelsea players looking for revenge.

You can see the scale of the brawl in the image embedded above.

In the end, only one thing mattered: 2-1 Chelsea, 67 points, one game to play.
