A lot has happened at Chelsea football club in the last season, it has been a rollercoaster ride for fans as we end another Premier League campaign.
There has been many highs and many lows, and now Chelsea have a chance to end it with a bang on Saturday evening in the Champions League final.

Two guys who will absolutely have a very close eye on proceedings is two chaps who have had a big say and played a successful part in helping Chelsea reach the final, Jody Morris and Frank Lampard.
The two coaches were let go by the club in January, and Thomas Tuchel arrived and did an equally excellent job taking the reigns and getting Chelsea to the final.
Morris and Lampard have a great relationship and have had jobs together at Derby County, then at Chelsea.
But The Daily Mail now report that they are set to part ways in their next ventures, and go their separate ways.
The friends of 20 years are set to part ways ahead of their next coaching roles.
