Former Chelsea boss linked with return to management that could fuel transfer rumours

The news is coming in thick and fast and we expect it to get even busier after the Champions League final on Saturday.

But for once, the news is largely surrounding managerial movements rather than mass transfer moves for now, but then the window isn’t even open yet.

Antonio Conte left Inter Milan yesterday, and now rumours surrounding a number of different clubs and managers have began circulating and various moves are planned out.

One of them could affect Chelsea, with former Blues boss Maurizio Sarri being linked with the vacant Inter Milan position.

According to Milan-based reporter Daniele Vitiello, Inter have made contact with Sarri over the position.

Of course, this could spark a number of potential moves for Chelsea players, largely Jorginho and Emerson Palmieri if Sarri does get the job.

It is often reported (a recent example here from The Daily Mail) that Sarri would want to bring Jorginho to his next job, and Jorginho himself has also spoken about returning to Italy one day.
